Skilled Services

St. Charles Home Health Solution offers a wide range of skilled services to help your loved ones get the care they need while at home to help them in their daily lives. Our staff consists of RNs and LPNs with training and experience in providing care in the home.

The nurse will communicate frequently with your physician to update your plan of care. Services may include evaluation of patient needs, performance of skilled nursing procedures, self-care techniques and prevention strategies, and coordination of patient care with other health care team members.

Private Duty

When having a family caregiver or home health aide isn’t enough, we can help. A private duty nurse from St. Charles Home Health Solution offers your loved ones the level of care they need where they want it. Not in a nursing facility or hospital, but in the safety and comfort of their homes.

Am I Eligible?

Eligibility varies on a case by case basis, due to the variety of services offered under home health anyone can be eligible from infancy and older. However, St. Charles only accepts patients 18 years old and older. We are one of few Non-Medicare agencies in Texas to accept Worker’s Comp, Auto Injury, Private Insurance, and Private Pay.
